Documentation required to hire a vehicle from Van Hire Louth

For insurance purposes there are certain documents you need to bring with you when you pick up your vehicle. To begin with you must be over 24 years of age and hold a valid driving licence which has no endorsements on it. You must have had this for more than 24 months.
Apart from the driving licence you also need:-

  • Photographic ID such as a passport
  • A valid credit/debit card
  • A printed copy of your Booking Voucher; and
  • A utility bill which has the same address on it as that on your driving licence.

These documents are required for each driver and we are unable to rent you a vehicle without these. They are required for insurance purposes.
