Documentation needed when you collect a vehicle:-

  • A full driving licence issued at least 24 months ago with no endorsements on it;
  • Your ID with a photo (perhaps a passport);
  • A debit/credit card that is valid;
  • A printed copy of the Booking Voucher you were issued with; and
  • A gas, electricity or water bill which was sent to the address on your driver’s licence.

As these documents are necessary for insurance purposes, they must be shown when you collect the vehicle you have booked.

There are certain requirements for all drivers of our vehicles to fulfil. You must be at least 24 years old and have had your driver’s licence for 24 months or more. The licence must be clean i.e. without any endorsements on it.

Other documents required

Apart from your driver’s licence you must produce the following documents before we can provide you with a vehicle:

1. A utility bill bearing the same address as the one on your licence
2. A valid credit/debit card
3. ID with a photograph on it
4. A printed copy of your Booking Voucher.

These documents are required for insurance purposes and no vehicle can be hired without them.
